What we collect
- Contact forms (on this site and on mabeltech.uk/nelson): your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.
Nothing else is asked for.
How it's collected
Our contact forms are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), which receives the submission and passes it to us by email. Formspree processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. If a form can't send, your email app opens instead and your message comes straight to us.
Why we use it
To reply to your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We don't set any cookies ourselves.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
